Refund policy

We only offer refunds in cases where the issue is from our side. Because our products are consumable and personal care items, change-of-mind or “no longer want it” orders are not eligible for a refund once shipped.

When you can get a refund

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged (broken, leaking, or unusable).

  • The product is expired or clearly not safe to consume.

  • You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

In these cases, we may offer a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.

To help us resolve the issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

When you cannot get a refund

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the order was shipped

  • You no longer want the product

  • You provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • The courier was unable to deliver because of your unavailability or refusal to receive the package

  • Any other reason that is not related to a proven issue from our side


Customs fees, taxes & blocked shipments

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because there are customs fees to be paid.

  • If your order is delayed, held, or blocked by customs, this is outside of our control and does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to provide the required information to customs and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend that you check your country’s customs rules and fees before placing an order.



Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded, except in cases where the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect due to our error.

How refunds are processed

If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
